We are seeking a full-time onsite Business Intelligence Developer to support a 6-month reporting and analytics initiative. This role will focus on building interactive business reporting tools using SAP HANA data, primarily surfaced through SAP HANA CDS views, and data from other internal business applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling skills, along with the ability to work with SAP HANA CDS views and underlying data structures, and partner with IT resources to identify the correct data sources for reporting.
This role requires someone who can work directly with business leadership and IT to define requirements, validate data, build reports, revise logic, and develop reporting tools that support management decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on BI developer who understands both reporting tools and business data. This person should be able to work with SAP HANA CDS views and other SAP data, build reliable Power BI models, ask good questions, validate results, and improve reports through multiple iterations.
We are looking for someone who can work onsite with business leadership and IT, translate business needs into reporting tools, and leave behind a documented, maintainable reporting process.
Compensation range: $140,000 upwards annualized salary, depending on experience.
This is a temporary full-time W-2 position with an expected duration of approximately 6 months.
