Job summary

Tachyon Technologies in Buffalo, NY seeks a Senior SAP ECC / BW Technical-Functional Lead to anchor the on-site SAP landscape. This hands-on leadership role requires deep ECC, ABAP and BW expertise and the ability to coordinate with offshore SMEs across MM, SD/AFS and FICO.

You will own architecture, interfaces, data flows, and production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and document knowledge while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

Strong SAP ECC, ABAP and BW experience.
Experience with SAP AFS / Apparel & Footwear preferred.
Familiarity with MM / FICO environments and cross-module dependencies.

Responsibilities

Own the on-site technical-functional SAP landscape, including architecture, custom developments, integrations and business-critical processes.
Reverse-engineer the ECC environment and document architecture when knowledge is limited.
Provide senior-level production support / AMS, including incident management, RCA and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot complex issues across ABAP, interfaces, jobs, RFCs, extractors, batch processes and third-party integrations.
Provide leadership across SAP BW data flows, extractors, transformations, loads and ECC-BW dependencies.
Hands-on ABAP debugging, development, enhancements and technical troubleshooting.
Navigate cross-module dependencies (MM, SD/AFS, FICO) and drive resolution.
Coordinate with offshore SAP team and on-site stakeholders to deliver solutions.
