Medcor Safety is seeking a Safety Professional for a short-term project at a manufacturing facility in West Branch, Iowa. This hands-on role requires identifying hazards, ensuring OSHA compliance, and supporting safe daily operations on site.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of safety experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and knowledge of OSHA regulations. Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for this 2–3 month assignment, with a 60-hour workweek.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant safety experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to identify hazards and communicate corrective actions clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with site leadership to implement corrective actions and reinforce safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and site safety requirements.
• Document observations, findings, and corrective actions.
• Review training records and verify compliance with training standards.
• Assist with incident investigations and action planning.
