Dvorak, LLC is seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead safety on a heavy electrical construction site. You will enforce OSHA standards, conduct daily site checks, and drive corrective actions to protect workers on active projects.

Role requires strong communication, incident investigations, and collaboration with project teams. This is a full-time field-based position with potential travel and overtime as needed.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of construction safety field experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and governmental ES& H standards.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day safety compliance and enforcement on an active site.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs, hazard checks, and inspections.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and drive corrective actions.
• Design and deliver safety training, including new hire orientations.
• Develop AHAs and job-specific safety plans with project teams.
