Job summary

You will conduct regular inspections, lead incident investigations, and deliver toolbox talks, partnering with project managers to embed safety into planning and execution. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety management on commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, MIOSHA regulations, and applicable safety requirements.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, job hazard analyses, risk assessments, and incident investigations with clear documentation.
• Proven experience delivering safety training and toolbox talks.
• Experience creating and maintaining safety programs, policies, and site-specific safety plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with project teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with multiple deadlines.
• Comfort with digital tools for safety reporting, recordkeeping, and data analysis.
• Preferred certifications: OSHA 30-Hour (Construction), CHST, CSP.
