Job summary

Total Safety is seeking an IPSC Technician to join their safety-conscious team. Under supervision in a plant environment, you will inspect, test, clean, maintain, and repair customer-owned or TSUS equipment, and interface with customers regularly.

This role requires a high school diploma, six months field experience in related industries, and a valid driver''s license. Training will cover PPE, certifications, and safe operation of company software.

Qualifications

• At least six months of field experience in fire protection, petrochemical, oil refinery or related industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver''s license with insurable record.
• Forklift experience preferred; may require internal certification.
• Must obtain at least one manufacturer’s certification within six months.
• PPE proficiency and ability to use PPE safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and maintain safety equipment per manufacturer requirements.
• Assist with stocking shelves, pulling, staging, and loading customer orders.
• Issue, receive, track, and inspect equipment using company software.
• Able to communicate with customers and work safely in plant environments.
• Maintain tidy work areas and comply with policies.
