• Experience implementing and managing safety programs according to OSHA standards.
• Ability to conduct job hazard analyses and risk assessments.
• Experience with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Strong documentation and training recordkeeping.
• Excellent communication with field leadership.

Responsabilités

• Safety Program Management: Support implementation, administration and continuous improvement of safety policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Training and Employee Development: Conduct safety orientations and training, deliver toolbox talks and track training records.
• Job Site Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections, document findings and verify corrective actions.
• Incident Investigation and Corrective Action: Assist in investigations, identify factors and root causes, track corrective actions.
• Safety Communication and Field Support: Serve as safety resource for operations and collaborate with management to address safety concerns.
