Ascension Property Services is seeking a Safety Coordinator to promote a strong safety culture across operations. You will assist with safety programs, conduct hazard analyses, and support OSHA compliance while partnering with field leadership to integrate safety into daily work.

The role requires hands-on field presence, inspections, incident support, training delivery, and ongoing safety documentation to protect employees and assets.

Aufgaben

• Safety Program Management: Support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Company safety policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives.
• Training and Employee Development: Conduct new-employee safety orientations and required safety training, deliver toolbox talks, safety meetings, refresher training, and other safety education as assigned.
• Job Site Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular job site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe work practices; inspect equipment, tools, PPE, and work areas for compliance; document findings and communicate corrective actions; participate in audits.
• Incident Investigation and Corrective Action: Assist with investigation of injuries, illnesses, property damage, vehicle incidents, near misses; help identify root causes and corrective actions; track actions to completion.
• Safety Communication and Field Support: Serve as safety resource for assigned operations; collaborate with leadership and field employees; provide guidance on safe work practices and regulatory requirements; maintain open communication about hazards and safety concerns.
