Job summary

Hoffman Construction is seeking a Safety Administrator to support the on-site Safety Department on a hyper-scaled data center project near Amarillo, Texas. Reporting to the Project Safety Manager, you will collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day site activities and safety content for the project Safety Team and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes maintaining written safety programs, procedures, and OSHA compliance, ensuring adherence to safety policies

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of administrative support experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department records and files for safety department and project team members.
• Monitor, edit and update project safety documents, meetings, and distribute safety correspondence.
• Communicate progress and status to the Project Safety Manager.
