Responsibilities

• Provide on-site deployment, debugging, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance support for AGV projects at customer sites.
• Monitor and summarize AGV operating status during project implementation and report to Aftersales Manager.
• Diagnose technical issues related to AGV systems and perform timely repairs.
• Provide after-sales technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer-site service support.
• Prepare and update service records, troubleshooting reports, and maintenance logs.
