Job summary

Specialized Pavement Marking in the Pacific, WA region is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple road construction and striping projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, field operations, and coordination with subcontractors and agency representatives to ensure timely, quality work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in road construction or striping, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Oversee multiple road striping and construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications for compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and agency representatives.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and safety policies are followed.
• Review billable quantities and financial reports for accuracy.
• Lead project documentation: contracts, submittals, warranties, and reporting.
• Mentor junior project managers and field staff.
• Assist with bids, client proposals, and estimating costs.
