Qualifications

• RN license in Wisconsin in good standing.
• At least two years in long-term care (LTC) plus infection-control knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; English proficiency required.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises training, development and performance of nursing staff.
• Develops and facilitates growth within the Nursing Department.
• Performs assessments and creates care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Delegates and monitors resident care according to licensure and skill levels.
