• Proven RN experience.
• Strong nursing care methods and procedures.
• Experience in emergency care.
• Familiarity with health and safety guidelines and sanitation.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs.
• Observe symptoms and communicate with physicians.
• Collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and fill in charts.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in facilities.
• Provide emergency medical care when needed.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Foster a compassionate environment for patients and families.
• Attend educational workshops to expand skills.
• Provide first aid, CPR, and other emergency care as required.
