Zohorecruit seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, focusing on comfort, safety, and well-being across care settings.

This role requires staying attentive to vital signs, medications, and daily living activities, while observing changes and reporting them promptly.

Qualifications

• Must hold Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain on hire).
• Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Support physicians and registered nurses during examinations and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment.
