Job summary

Apex Healthcare Staffing, LLC. seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. You will educate patients and families on prevention, coordinate with the care team, and ensure safety and comfort during recovery.

The ideal candidate has proven RN experience, strong knowledge of care methods, emergency response readiness, and excellent communication and organizational skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a registered nurse.
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures and willingness to follow them at all times.

Responsibilities

Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide best care.
Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate to physicians.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, injections) and fill in charts.
Adjust and administer medications according to physician’s orders.
Inspect facilities for hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces).
Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
Assist surgeons during operations.
Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
Foster a compassionate environment for patients and families.
Attend educational workshops and conferences to expand knowledge.
