Qualifikationen

• 1+ year RF/mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to use hand tools and semi-automated fixtures.
• Strong computer skills to access documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Able to read product drawings and instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Perform in-process inspections and tests per specs.
• Operate equipment and label components for cable assemblies.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, QA, and Process Engineering to ensure quality.
• Support continuous improvement of specs and processes.
• Conduct mechanical inspections including torque verification.
• Review product docs, specs, parts lists, tools.
• Set up and operate equipment to assemble connectors and labels.
