Excelsia Injury Care in Maryland is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist Payment Posting to ensure accurate processing of payments and adjustments. You will handle daily cash posting, reconcile batches, and maintain documentation to support clean claims and timely deposits.

The role requires a high school diploma, familiarity with insurance plans, workers' compensation, strong computer skills, 50+ WPM, and the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in 3rd party billing / AR, or medical billing/coding certification.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of insurance plans, workers' compensation, and personal injury.
• Typing 50+ WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Confidence in working independently.
• Working knowledge of insurance guidelines and billing and collection procedures.
• Ability to interact with doctors, attorneys, patients, and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Cash Posting
• Enter payments and adjustments into the system with accuracy.
• Obtain settlement information as needed.
• Reconcile payment batches with the deposited amount/EOB
• Process credit card payments
• Maintain a daily log of incoming checks for deposit.
• Other duties as assigned.
