Job summary

Boyd Corp in Magnolia, AR is seeking a Reactor Operator to work under the Production Crew Leader to manufacture resin batches according to specifications. The role requires attention to safety, quality, and efficient operation of equipment to support continuous production.

You will perform daily inspections, operate forklifts, move materials, and conduct lab tests to ensure product quality while adhering to loss control policies.

Qualifications

• HS education or equivalent required.
• WAGE Certificate preferred for hires after Jan 1, 2004.
• One year of production-type experience preferred.
• Operate a computer.
• Good communication with colleagues at all levels.
• Must be able to walk/stand for up to 12 hours per day.
• Must be able to pull, push and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Makes resin batches.
• Loads and moves raw materials and products.
• Moves materials from warehouse to production area.
• Loads, unloads and moves waste and raw materials.
• Performs daily inspections of work areas and equipment.
• Runs assorted quality tests in lab.
• Completes Reactor Operator Task List and Daily Checklist.
• Operates forklift safely and efficiently.
• Participates in 5S program and safety meetings.
