ResiPro Construction in Conyers, GA is seeking a Field Project Manager for Residential Renovation (SFR). You will be the on-site face of the company, leading inspections, scoping, and execution of rehab projects to meet strict quality standards.

You will oversee subcontractors, ensure adherence to budgets and timelines, and maintain close communication with the ResiPro team. A strong on-site work ethic and multi-trade knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in residential construction management or high-volume home inspections.
• Strong multi-trade knowledge and understanding of how changes affect other areas.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel in GA.

Responsibilities

• Tech-enabled inspections and scoping with real-time, accurate scopes.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections and manage subcontractors to keep on schedule and budget.
• Perform final walkthroughs to ensure quality and safety before completion.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and permits throughout the project.
