Job summary

ResiPro is seeking a high-energy field-centric Project Manager to lead residential renovations. You will be the on-site face, ensuring accurate scoping and delivery to our quality standards across the Georgia market.

You will perform tech-enabled inspections, manage renovations and subcontractors, and drive project closeouts with a focus on schedule, budget, and safety. The role requires strong communication and a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume scattered-site rehabs.
• Strong 'Multi-Trade' knowledge; understand how changes affect other areas.
• Solid understanding of local building codes and inspection requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for managing local subcontractor relationships and working with the ResiPro team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel in the Georgia market.

Responsibilities

• Tech-enabled inspections & scoping in real-time to build comprehensive scopes of work.
• Renovation management & subcontractor oversight to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Quality assurance & project closeout, including final walk-through and move-in readiness.
