Job summary

Abilis, based in Connecticut, seeks an experienced Program Manager to supervise on-site residential programs, ensure compliance, and support residents and families. You will lead program delivery, coordinate admissions, and maintain accurate records.

You will develop Individual Plans, supervise staff, and ensure licensure standards are met while upholding the agency philosophy. CPR/Medication certs required; driver’s license is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time residential or related supervisory experience.
• CPR and Medication Certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate agency vehicles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise residential programs in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate admissions, IP development, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure licensure compliance and safety protocols.
• Facilitate staff meetings, training, and evaluations.
• Maintain resident files and documentation.
