Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Technician for North End Lofts and Watercooler Apartments in Boise, ID. The role is full-time and on-site, offering hourly pay with bonus potential. You will repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems, and support a well-maintained community for residents.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of maintenance experience. A valid driver\'s license and basic computer skills are required, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and finish to a high-quality standard.
• Walk the property to catch issues early and keep safety/health codes.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and functional.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on tasks and purchases.
• Maintain accurate work orders in maintenance software with materials, hours, status.
• Take turns in after-hours on-call rotations and assist with snow/ice removal.
