Broadstone Saratoga in Boise, ID is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This on-site, full-time role involves hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems to keep the property in top condition for residents.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and property management software.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsabilidades

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and complete tasks to a high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch issues early and ensure safety/health code compliance.
• Keep grounds, exteriors, and common areas clean and functional.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain accurate work orders in maintenance software including materials, hours, and status.
• Take turns in after-hours on-call rotation and assist with snow and ice removal.
• Follow safety procedures in the Employee Handbook and OSHA standards.
