Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• 1+ year general maintenance and repair experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry systems.
• Customer-service mindset with strong communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool systems.
• Respond to work orders promptly and complete to a high-quality finish.
• Inspect property to catch issues early and ensure safety/health code compliance.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas in good condition.
• Coordinate tasks with Maintenance Supervisor and vendors.
• Log work orders with materials, hours, and status.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations and snow removal.
• Follow safety procedures per handbook and OSHA standards.
