Job summary

Temple University’s College of Liberal Arts Psychology Department seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to lead outreach and participant recruitment for an NIH-funded R01 study on how brain-based memory mechanisms relate to social anxiety in adolescents. The 100% on-site, full-time position supports the Social Developmental Neuroscience Laboratory under PI Dr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 months of experience directly related to recruitment.
• Experience in a lab within psychiatry, psychology, or human development is required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Preferred: Using REDCap.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and participant recruitment for an NIH-funded R01 study.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Screen potential participants and coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and participant data.
• Support regulatory compliance (e.g., IRB documentation).
• Coordinate with research staff and volunteer researchers involved in recruitment.
