Job summary

Qualifications

• Construction and remodeling experience, including basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repair.
• Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools and follow job site safety protocols.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Phoenix area.
• Good communication skills and basic problem-solving abilities.
• Prior remodeling or restoration experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and general carpentry, following plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Load and unload materials, set up and maintain a clean, safe work area, and use hand and power tools appropriately.
• Communicate with team members, follow safety procedures, and help ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
