Job summary

Novaspect, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Reliability Technician to support predictive and preventative maintenance across customer sites. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, vibration analysis, and collaboration with reliability specialists.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma with technical certifications in instrumentation/electrical fields and be available for evenings and weekends as needed. Travel within Novaspect’s territory is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; instrumentation/electrical certification preferred.
• Experience with reliability and basic Emerson Process Management knowledge is a plus.
• Exposure to rotating equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation environments.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mechanical knowledge across rotating machinery, electrical assets, and instrumentation.
• Establish and grow relationships with customers on site.
• Support emergency machinery balancing and precision alignment tasks.
• Set up wireless vibration sensors and communicate findings to the team.
