Job summary

The Refreshments Operator at Aramark delivers exceptional customer service by stocking products, ensuring equipment operates properly and cleaning as needed, and notifying customers of new offers. Responsibilities may vary by location to meet client requirements.

You will unload and stock daily inventory at client sites, coordinate ordering and delivery, communicate with client staff about product interest, and use a laptop to manage PAR levels, orders, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a role requiring interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organization abilities to manage frequent changes.
• Ability to lift and move supplies as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stock daily inventory at customer sites, ensuring product freshness.
• Manage ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at client locations.
• Communicate with customer staff about new product interest.
• Use a laptop to manage PAR levels, product orders and client invoicing.
• Perform repairs to the best of your ability.
• Place orders and service calls to head office.
• Distribute promotional materials and merchandise the full product line.
• Clean equipment and exchange decanters on visits.
• Liaise with Route Sales Manager or GM regarding customers and competitors.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers to reflect well on the company.
