PalAmerican is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Protective & Security team in Las Vegas. This on-site, full-time role focuses on guiding candidates through recruitment, onboarding, and effective communication to strengthen our team culture.

You will post openings, review resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications while supporting onboarding and offers. A strong HR background and knowledge of employment laws are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR or recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through the application, recruitment, and onboarding process with enthusiasm.
• Post openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews promptly.
• Maintain Staffing Needs spreadsheet and facilitate candidate phone interviews.
• Serve as a recruiting expert within the region using creative sourcing methods.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and process updates.
• Prepare Conditional Offer letters and facilitate onboarding sessions.
• Provide administrative support including uniform process management and handling termination forms.
