The City of Holland is seeking a Recreation Site Supervisor to oversee programs, leagues, and activities across City facilities. You will be the on-site point of contact, ensure safe, organized, and welcoming environments, and coordinate staff, volunteers, and participants.

You will monitor facilities, enforce rules and safety procedures, prepare reports, and support program delivery in both indoor and outdoor settings, with weekday evenings and some weekend hours.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with participants, parents, spectators, officials, staff, and the public.
• Ability to enforce rules, regulations, safety procedures, and City policies with firmness, tact, fairness, and professionalism.
• Previous experience assisting with, supervising, coaching, officiating, or managing recreation programs, athletic leagues, events, or similar activities preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and carry out responsibilities with accuracy.
