The Law Offices of Jacqueline A. Salcines, PA seeks an experienced real estate paralegal to work autonomously from contract to closing. This full-time, on-site role in Coral Gables supports the head attorney across real estate and title transactions.

Responsibilities include preparing closing packages, conducting due diligence, coordinating title searches, and managing documents for accurate closings while maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform legal document preparation for real estate transactions, including contracts, closing documents, and leases.
• Strong due diligence and residential real estate knowledge, with review of property records and documents.
• Knowledge of title insurance processes, title commitments, and resolution of basic title issues.
• Attention to detail and organization for managing multiple files, deadlines, and closings.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.
• Proficiency with office software and Real Estate title platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Prior experience as a real estate paralegal or title closer is preferred.

Responsibilities
