Qualifications

• Must reside in Las Vegas at time of application.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or business administration (or graduating within six months).
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; internships, co-ops, or coursework count.
• Solid Excel skills: formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and formatting clean, readable reports.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Clear written communication and willingness to ask questions.
• Strong attention to detail and habit of checking own work.
• Internship or coursework in real estate, private equity, or asset management.
• Exposure to Rent Manager, Yardi, AppFolio, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Python.
• Progress toward CPA or CFA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring monthly property and portfolio reports using established templates.
• Compare actual results to budget and forecast, calculate variances, and draft explanations.
• Update KPI trackers and dashboards (NOI, occupancy, collections, expense ratios).
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior team members.
• Follow up with property management and operations staff to get variance context.
• Document reporting steps and suggest ways to make tasks faster or more consistent.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
