Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a utility-scale solar project based at a Los Banos, CA jobsite. You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, manage QA/QC teams, and coordinate with on-site client representatives and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of utility-scale solar QA/QC, ASQ/ISO 9001 or Six Sigma certifications, and proficiency with Sunscreen, Procore, and Primavera P6. Travel required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Certifications like ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001 or Six Sigma are desirable.
• Experience with QA/QC in PV, civil, electrical, and mechanical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC on site and implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP).
• Develop and manage Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and enforce QMS standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits of construction activities, document findings and corrective actions.
