Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality/manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience on manufacturing floor with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with LEAN principles and data-driven quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and develop preventative solutions.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to improve product quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with LEAN Champion and production leaders to reduce scrap and waste.
• Track quality metrics and turn data into actionable improvements.
• Work directly on the production floor with supervisors and operators.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and verify results.
• Investigate customer complaints and help resolve quality concerns.
• Foster a culture of quality and accountability across the team.
