Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to verify that construction or installation work meets specifications. You will perform inspections, conduct tests, document findings, and collaborate with project teams to implement improvements and maintain high-quality outcomes.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, willingness to travel, and adherence to safety standards. You’ll work overtime as needed and contribute to ongoing quality initiatives, with training

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• Knowledge of telecom construction industry standards and customer installation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specifications.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions.
