Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to ensure construction and installation work meets specifications through inspections and testing. You will address issues, document findings, and work with teams to implement improvements for high-quality outcomes.

The role requires at least one year of related experience, knowledge of telecom construction practices, and a valid driver's license. This position is full-time and involves on-site work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid State driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• Knowledge of telecommunication construction industry standard practices.
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during the installation process to ensure work meets plans and specifications.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document the results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned
