Job summary

Family Tree Farms, Inc. seeks an Outside Warehouse Liaison / QC to serve as on-site representative at a third-party warehouse, performing quality control and operational support for fresh berries.

You will inspect product, document findings, and raise quality and operational concerns to the appropriate FTF team. The role requires the ability to work independently with remote support, adapt to seasonal inbound activity, and maintain strong relationships with warehouse personnel and carriers.

Qualifications

• Experience in fresh produce QC or warehouse operations preferred but not required.
• Ability to document inspections clearly using QC apps or mobile devices.
• Willingness to learn Family Tree Farms quality standards and processes.
• Ability to work independently with remote support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of fresh produce using FTF standards.
• Evaluate product quality, condition, size, appearance, temperature, and packaging.
• Document inspections in the QC application with measurements and photos.
• Communicate quality concerns and recommend actions to FTF team.
• Monitor inbound transfers, coordinate with warehouse receiving, and be present for key arrivals.
