Job summary

Family Tree Farms, Inc. is seeking an Outside Warehouse Liaison / QC to act as the on-site representative at a third-party warehouse. You will perform quality inspections of fresh produce (blueberries and blackberries) and communicate findings to FTF teams.

This is a full-time, year-round role with travel during peak berry seasons as needed. The position requires independence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to inbound transfers and on-site verification.

Qualifications

• Experience in fresh produce quality control preferred.
• Ability to document inspections and observations clearly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of fresh produce at the warehouse.
• Document inspections in QC tool with observations and photos.
• Notify FTF team of significant quality concerns and actions.
• Monitor inbound transfers and coordinate with warehouse receiving.
• Provide QC oversight during repacking or reconditioning.
• Communicate operational issues to FTF and warehouse staff.
