Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in electrical construction, a HS diploma, and proficiency with Excel/Word. Data Center or electrical field experience is preferred; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' recent electrical (industrial or commercial) construction experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of electrical construction standards, equipment, and installations.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical field experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines.
• Proficient in Excel/Word.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Pass pre-employment background check and MVR check when driving responsibilities apply.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of Quality Assurance standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions.
• Identifies non-conformances and issues corrective/preventive action reports.
• Monitors corrective actions and verifies closure of quality issues.
• Maintains accurate QA/QC documentation and records.
• Reports quality performance metrics to management.
• Coordinates inspections, tests, and audits at various project stages.
• Ensures compliance with project specifications, company standards, and applicable codes/regulations.
• Performs onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
• Proactively works with Project Team to ensure all installations are correct the first time.
• Performs work onsite with the Project Team in performing all inspections and reports.
• Ensures compliance with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
