• Lead and mentor the packaging team to ensure all company specs and USDA regulations are being followed.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of products and processes to confirm product quality and specifications
• Collaborate with production and management teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Work with packaging team to assist with completion of open orders
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
