The successful candidate will work closely with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and IT to maintain controlled documentation, training matrices, and record traceability across the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in quality assurance, document control, or related role preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control quality system documents, procedures, forms and records.
• Coordinate document creation, revision, approval, release, and obsolescence.
• Maintain document revision histories and ensure current approved documents are available.
• Protect confidential records from unauthorized access or alteration.
• Maintain training records and qualification documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors to obtain required training documentation.
• Support onboarding and training related to quality procedures.
• Assist with MRB activities and coordinate meetings and participation.
• Maintain MRB logs and track nonconformance records and closures.
