Job summary

Infinity Physical Therapy in Boardman, OH is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time, on-site team. You will support licensed physical therapists by implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through prescribed exercises, and monitoring progress toward rehabilitation goals.

You will prepare treatment areas, assist with modalities, document patient responses, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program; current or eligible state licensure/certification as a PTA.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, document accurately in electronic records, and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Prior outpatient or orthopedic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed PTs by implementing treatment plans and supervising exercises.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with therapeutic modalities.
