Job summary

New River Electrical Corporation in Vancouver, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Administrator for an on-site role. You will coordinate proposal development, review RFPs, manage schedules, and ensure compliant submissions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in proposal support, strong writing and organization skills, and experience with common proposal tools. This position may involve light travel and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, English, or related field.
2+ years of experience in proposal support, administrative, or project coordination roles.
Experience with proposal software/tools is a plus (SharePoint, Salesforce, GovWin, Unanet, RFPIO).
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in proposals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support all administrative aspects of proposal development and submission.
Review RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to identify and summarize requirements.
Maintain proposal schedules, calendars, and deadlines for timely submissions.
Create, format, proofread, and edit proposal documents for accuracy and compliance.
Upload, organize, and manage proposal documentation in CMS and file-sharing platforms.
Track proposal status and follow up on required documents and signatures.
Support development of proposal templates and resumes; assist post-submission reviews.
