Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision to guest front desk, housekeeping, custodial, and maintenance staff.
• Support check-ins, guest inquiries, and front desk operations to deliver exceptional service.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality, cleanliness, and occupancy readiness.
• Monitor cash handling and deposits; ensure shift end procedures are followed.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and Master Key policies to protect guests and staff.
• Lead as the main point of contact for guest incidents and emergencies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and room readiness.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and daily task assignments for the team.
