Omega Management Group is seeking a Community Manager for Poehler Lofts in Lawrence, KS to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and property occupancy. The role emphasizes revenue protection, rent collection, and high-quality resident services at the Poehler Lofts community.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency; some college preferred.
• Experience in management, sales or office administration (1+ year) preferred.
• ARM or CAM designations preferred; HUD/LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment community and staff.
• Promote increased rental revenue and maintain target occupancy.
• Collect rents and fees, handle resident requests, and maintain property records.
• Direct, lead, and resolve staff issues; ensure property is clean and well maintained.
• Provide professional communication with residents, prospects, vendors, and site staff.
