• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Proven 2+ years with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and team.
• Achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Ensure operations comply with Fair Housing, ADA and other housing regulations.
