Job summary

SOLERA HOLDINGS, INC. is seeking a Field Claims Representative for the Wisconsin/Illinois region. You will conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments, complete tasks diligently, and assist in business development with service offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience handling on-site insurance property claims.
• Ability to travel to site locations in your geographic area.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with loss inventory and reporting.
• Must follow safety procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Present professionally in personal and vehicle appearance.
• Coordinate with Scheduling team on assignments.
• Meet with insured, adjuster, and restoration professionals on site.
• Conduct walkthroughs and take photos of rooms in home or business.
• Independently capture total loss contents inventory.
• Complete reports and admin duties within 24 hours.
