Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments pursuant to SOS field inventory processes.
• Complete all tasks diligently in line with department and corporate goals; assist in service offerings and business development.
• Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations with adjusters to aid retention and repeat use.
• Communicate with Field Manager and Service Manager daily on operational issues and improvements.
• Follow all standard operating and safety procedures at all times.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
