Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Porter in McKinney, TX to maintain the exterior and common areas of our community. This full-time role supports make-ready tasks, groundskeeping, and timely upkeep across vacant units and resident spaces.

You will walk the property each morning, perform routine maintenance, and respond to resident requests. A high school diploma and at least one year in a related role are expected, with physical ability to lift 80–100 lbs and a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience in a related role (minimum 1 year).
• Strong multitasking, organization, and deadline-driven focus.
• Willing to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Walkthroughs each morning to ensure grounds look inviting.
• Maintain grounds, pool area, and common spaces; replace dated notices and lightbulbs.
• Clean vacant units, caulk, test appliances and smoke detectors, and paint as needed during turnovers.
• Respond to resident requests, replace window screens, install/move appliances, and swap air filters on schedule.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor or Technician with make-ready tasks.
