Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. in Gary, Indiana is seeking a Project Safety Manager – Energy to develop and maintain safety programs on large electrical projects.

You will lead incident investigations, generate weekly safety reports, and ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA and local regulations while coordinating with project leadership. The role requires OSHA 30 Construction, strong communication, and the ability to influence crews onsite.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• Experience leading incident investigations.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI standards.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and present to project leadership.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with Production leadership support.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor compliance with safety standards and regulations.
